The insane cycle of make up

It’s like a big international habit, women have to spend loads of time on make up, their hair and outfit too look as good as possible before they start the day. Now this practice distorts how people, especially men look at women. We kind of start to expect girls to look a certain way. Lots of men never see the real face of a woman, they see an enhanced version of it, one that may or may not look better. We need to frame this in a capitalistic content. If you keep convincing women they don’t look good they way they are, that they need better clothes, make up, care products etc… They will keep buying your cosmetics, a logical consequence of this is that women pay way more than they should, to take care of themselves. What people need to realize is that this is quite insane, if you follow the pattern popular media creates for women to follow, you’ll simply never be satisfied with the way you look. So let’s stop this nonsense and let’s not forget it’s starting to make it’s way into men’s heads too.

A day in the mall

Today Jeff is going to the mall with his friends, he’s a high school student. He planned to meet the lads at the fountain in the middle of the complex right across the flower shop. They want to look nice and fresh for the ladies so they go around buying ‘cool’ stuff. A new pair of manly jeans, a nice expensive looking watch, deluxe sunglasses and neat looking shirts and T-shirts. Then they go on to do mall stuff, eating pizza and burgers, having milkshakes, fries, checking out girls. Literally no one is giving them attention, why’s that? Because they’re desperate. Desperation is usually not a good thing, it pushes away rather than attract the things you want.
